Managed Training Portal (Reach 360)

Your employees access training through a modern, reliable learning environment designed for small and mid‑sized teams. All modules are built in Rise 360 and delivered through Reach 360 for a clean, intuitive experience.

Per‑Employee Monthly Access

Monthly access is based on the number of employees enrolled in the training portal.

This covers:

  • Tracking of completions and progress

  • Reporting and audit‑ready records

  • Secure hosting of all training modules

  • Admin access for your team to view reporting and completions

General Industry Courses (Included in Monthly Rate!)

If you are only looking for general courses for your team to take, you can purchase these by themselves, and only pay the initial setup and monthly rate. New courses will be added periodically and will be available for all of my customers. You can find a current list of courses here.

These modules are professionally built, ready to deploy, and can be assigned to any enrolled employee.

Ongoing Work (Hourly)

Used for updates, SOP changes, new sections, admin tasks, and portal management. *Enrollments in courses will not be charged for*

Billed by the half hour.

$37 USD / $52 CAD per hour

Initial Setup (One‑Time Charge)

Branding, portal configuration, structure setup, and first‑time content organization.

$100 USD / $141 CAD one‑time

Monthly Rate

$4.50 USD / $6.25 CAD per employee per month

Unlimited access to all assigned courses.

How do I pay for services?

Payments are currently accepted through Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. Credit card options will be added soon, and customers will be notified once available. Canadian customers may also pay conveniently via Interac e‑Transfer through their bank.
