Pricing

Pricing Overview

Our pricing model is built to stay simple and predictable. You pay a base monthly fee for your training portal and library access, plus a per‑employee fee. This keeps costs low for small teams and scales fairly as you grow.

Hosting & Training Library (Base Monthly Fee)

This covers your private training portal, hosting, updates, and full access to the training library. If you have an topic you'd think would make a helpful course for all restaurant owners, I will create a course for the general library at no cost.

  • 1–10 employees: $19 USD / $27 CAD

  • 11–24 employees: $29 USD / $41 CAD

  • 25–49 employees: $39 USD / $55 CAD

  • 50–100 employees: $59 USD / $83 CAD

  • 100+ employees: TBD / TBD

What this means: Choose the tier that matches your total number of employees. This fee stays the same each month unless your team size changes.

Per‑Employee Training Access (Monthly)

This covers individual employee tracking, reporting, and completion records.

  • 1–24 employees: $3 USD per employee / $5 CAD per employee

  • 25+ employees: First 24 employees at the standard rate, then $2 USD or $3 CAD for each additional employee

What this means: All employees are included in your training access, and larger teams automatically receive a lower per‑employee rate.

Custom Training (OPTIONAL and ONE-TIME)

This covers the creation of training materials tailored specifically to your business, including written content, video‑based instruction, and updates to existing modules.

  • Text‑Based Modules: $50 USD / $70 CAD per module

  • Added Video Content (Per Hour): $30 USD / $42 CAD per hour of produced video

  • Updates to Existing Modules (Per Hour): $30 USD / $42 CAD per hour

What this means: You can request new training modules or enhancements at any time for your specific business. Text‑only modules are a simple flat rate, while video and update work are billed hourly so you only pay for the time required.
